Talentology designs and structures its training programs based on an improved customized model called R.I.P Model. It is inspired and built based on two learning theories: The 4 adult learning principles advised by the American Society of Training & Development ASTD, which is: Readiness, Experience, Autonomy and Action. And the Accelerated Learning (A.L.) Tools theory by Dave Meier

Inflexibility

When it comes to the quality of our trainers and training programs we are totally inflexible. We commit to constant level of quality in all our programs. In case we didn't meet the quality promised, we will happily provide a full refund.

Obsession

We are obsessed by the idea of passion as a driver for high performance and success. We believe that instilling passion in one's career (in any training provided) will result in better performance. People who are passionate about their careers are more creative, better at dealing with challenges, and more self-motivated.

Sticky

We base our methodology (in design and delivery) to make sure our training programs are made to stick in the minds of the trainees, which will eventually turn into action at workplace. We believe in the saying "Tell me and I will forget, show me and I might remember, involve me and I will understand".

We are racists towards youth; we believe that youth (in age or spirit) are full of energy and potential. If this generation is trained well & got the right skills, knowledge & attitude for work; they would unleash their energy and potential to the maximum.
