Refund Policy

  1. General Refund and Return Policy

 

  1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

  3. All services are exempt from being returned.

  4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All perishable goods cannot be returned.

  5. Assessments, Gift cards and Downloadable software products are exempted from being returned.

  6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

  1. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

  2. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thetalentology.com.

  1. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  1. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
    info@thetalentology.com and send your item to: 
    info@thetalentology.com.

 

  1. Gifts 
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

  1.  Shipping 
    To return your product, you should mail your product to: 
    info@thetalentology.com.

 

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

  1. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

  1.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Session Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  1. You will be allowed to cancel any booked session provided that, you inform us of such cancellation 48 hours before the booked session set time. In this case we will deduct and be entitled to 2$ from the price paid for this session and refund the rest within 7 working days.

  2. In case you do not cancel the booked session 48 hours before the session’s scheduled time, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

  3. You will be allowed to change the time of the session starting from the time you book the session and until 12 hours before the session time without any additional cost. Taking into consideration that the suggested timing proposed be you is suitable with Talent Economy Co. schedule and working hours.

  4. You will be allowed to change the time of the booked session for 2 times only, this is only applicable to clause (3) above.

  5. We will not refund or compensate you in case you do not attend any booked session, and we will be entitled to the full paid price.

  6. In case you are late for more than 15 minutes for your session, your session shall be considered cancelled and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

  7. In case you are late to your booked session for 15 minutes or less, you shall not be entitled to any compensation for that lost time, neither by extending the original session time nor by refunding such lost time, where you are always requested to attend 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled session.
